UDP-YOLO: High Efficiency and Real-Time Performance of Autonomous Driving Technology

    Get PDF
In recent years, autonomous driving technology has gradually appeared in our field of vision. It senses the surrounding environment by using radar, laser, ultrasound, GPS, computer vision and other technologies, and then identifies obstacles and various signboards, and plans a suitable path to control the driving of vehicles. However, some problems occur when this technology is applied in foggy environment, such as the low probability of recognizing objects, or the fact that some objects cannot be recognized because the fog's fuzzy degree makes the planned path wrong. In view of this defect, and considering that automatic driving technology needs to respond quickly to objects when driving, this paper extends the prior defogging algorithm of dark channel, and proposes UDP-YOLO network to apply it to automatic driving technology. This paper is mainly divided into two parts: 1. Image processing: firstly, the data set is discriminated whether there is fog or not, then the fogged data set is defogged by defogging algorithm, and finally, the defogged data set is subjected to adaptive brightness enhancement; 2. Target detection: UDP-YOLO network proposed in this paper is used to detect the defogged data set. Through the observation results, it is found that the performance of the model proposed in this paper has been greatly improved while balancing the speed

Mast Cells and Nerve Signal Conduction in Acupuncture

Nerve and mast cells are densely distributed around acupoints in connective tissue. To explore the internal relations between them in acupuncture effect, we examined dorsal root potential (DRP) response to acupuncture at Zusanli (ST36) under sodium cromoglicate (DSCG, a mast cell stabilizer) intervention in anesthetized Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats. We used single unit nerve recording techniques to collect nerve signals from DRP afferent nerves for a 45-minute period that includes 4 stages, that is, base, drug absorption, acupuncture, and recovery stages. We analyzed the recorded signals from time-domain and frequency-domain perspectives. The results showed that once acupuncture needle was inserted, twisting needle excited more nerves discharges than those at base discharges in ACU (from 35.1 ± 7.2 to 47 ± 9.2 Hz, P=0.004), and there existed the same trend in Saline + ACU group (from 23.8 ± 2.6 to 29.8 ± 4.2 Hz, P=0.059). There was no change of nerve discharges under twisting needle with injection of DSCG (from 34.8 ± 5.3 to 34.7 ± 4.4 Hz, P=0.480). We conclude that acupuncture manipulation promotes neural signal production and DSCG could partly inhibit nerve discharges

Supplier Selection Problem : Selection Criteria and Methods

    Get PDF
The world is becoming more and more a global marketplace and the global environment is forcing companies to take almost everything into consideration at the same time. Increase flexibility is needed to remain competitive and respond to rapidly changing markets. In this context, supplier selection represents one of the most important function to be performed by the purchasin- g department. The supplier selection is a multi-criterion problem which includes both qualitative and quantitative factors (criteria). In order to select the best suppliers it is necessary to make a trade off between these tangible and intangible factors some of which may conflict. This report deals with the 'supplier selection problem', where a state of the art is presented. We summarize the different selection criteria, the various problems of suppliers selection and the existing methods to solve the problem. A numerical example is presented to 1- illustrate the different selection criteria and methods and 2- to compare the advantages and the disadvantage of the selection methods

Organolead halide perovskite materials possess a combination of remarkable optoelectronic properties, such as steep optical absorption edge and high absorption coefficients, long charge carrier diffusion lengths and lifetimes. Taken together with the ability for low temperature preparation, also from solution, perovskite-based devices, especially photovoltaic (PV) cells have been studied intensively, with remarkable progress in performance, over the past few years. The combination of high efficiency, low cost and additional (non-PV) applications provides great potential for commercialization. Performance and applications of perovskite solar cells often correlate with their device structures. Many innovative device structures were developed, aiming at large-scale fabrication, reducing fabrication cost, enhancing the power conversion efficiency and thus broadening potential future applications. This review summarizes typical structures of perovskite solar cells and comments on novel device structures. The applications of perovskite solar cells are discussed

ANALYSIS OF MULTI-CHANNEL TWO-DIMENSIONAL PROBABILITY CSMA AD HOC NETWORK PROTOCOL BASED THREE-WAY HANDSHAKE MECHANISM

In wireless Ad Hoc networks, large number and flexible mobility of terminals lead to the rarity of wireless channel resources. Also the hidden and exposed terminal problem exists in the Ad Hoc network which is the major factors restricting its development and applying. Considering these factors, this paper proposes a new CSMA protocol: multi-channel two-dimensional probability CSMA for wireless Ad Hoc network protocol based on three-way handshake mechanism, and analyzes the system throughput, delay of information packet, energy consumption and other properties under the control of the proposed protocol. By using the cycle analysis method, computer simulation results not only verify the theoretical analysis, but also show that the protocol has the optimum performance. The proposed protocol can not only reduce the collision probability of information packets to some extent, improving the channel utilization, reducing the waste of channel resources, but also achieve the balancing of load in a variety of wireless Ad Hoc network services, meeting the needs by different priorities with different QoS, and ensuring the systematic efficiency and fairness
